In one of your sermons, I heard you say that forgiveness and redemption are received simultaneously in Christ. You said, “We Christians don’t ask to be redeemed daily and we also don’t have to ask to be forgiven daily.” Where do you see redemption and forgiveness being spoken of as being simultaneously experienced?

In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace.

Ephesians 1:7

For He has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son He loves, in Whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
